Over the years, I have had the privilege of seeing David West’s leadership firsthand. David’s integrity, honesty, and commitment to public service are evident in everything he does. He listens to people, values their input, and consistently puts the interests of the community ahead of his own. In today’s world, leaders with David’s character, values, and genuine commitment to serving others are increasingly rare.
